Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was born in Miami Florida. The mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a former bank executive, as well as Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. She is an Argentinean of Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. Her mother is Spanish and English heritage. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them were born to Taylor's father's previous marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned six, after which the family relocated from the city of Victoria at the time of London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires, to Victoria was difficult and she was not able to take the time to learn English in hopes of going back to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was required to take her. Then she went to Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. After 16 she quit school in order to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress at a young age. The realization of her dreams came after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling gig.
